my art show:
The artdc gallery - 5710 Baltimore Ave. Hyattsville, MD 20781.
May 3 – June 6 2009.
Opening: May 16th. 11am-5pm

today, 16 may, is the opening of my latest art show. the art space is a brand new gallery belonging to artdc.org, an art group i belong to.

the show is a 12"x12" show. every piece in the show is no larger than 12" x 12".

the opening was great fun. many artist friends have art pieces in the show. it was a nice day...seeing art and greeting friends.

the piece i have in the show is "shrine 9-drifters" (which can be seen in the set shrines and totems on my website).

mixed media: in wood fruit box: acrylic painting, stones, bones, collaged paper, shells, plastic spiders, netting, pipe cleaners.
